The TDS (The Daily Scriptures) privacy policy covers the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information that may be collected by TDS when a visitor interacts with the company, such as visiting any of our websites, purchasing products and services, or when calling sales or support personnel. By using or accessing the TDS website, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Please note the following information practices.

Why TDS Collects Personal Information

TDS collects the following personal information: first name, last name, email address and password. This information is used to facilite send each registered user scripture verses defined in their goal settings and to help deliver great customer service. Additionally this information helps TDS keep its members posted on the latest product announcements, software updates, special offers, and events that might be of interest. TDS does not rent, sell, or share personal information about its members or users with other people or non-affiliated companies without their consent. However, information may be shared with trusted partners who work on behalf of, or with TDS, under confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements. These companies may use personal information to help TDS, but they do not have any independent right to share this information.


TDS sets and accesses cookies on your computer. TDS tracks your IP address, browser and operating system information for security reasons and compatibility fixes for future releases.

Advertising and/or Pop-ups

TDS will never send unsolicited e-mail, or advertise though pop-ups. However, some features may require a pop-up to function correctly.


TDS may contain links to external websites on local sites or in emails. TDS is not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. Each user is encouraged to read the privacy policy of any website not part of TDS.

External Images in emails (Security)

Emails may contain external emails and images depending on the preference of notification formatting.

Children under the age of 13

TDS highly recommends that any child under 13 get parental approval before submitting any information to the site.

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)

TDS operates under SSL certificates, which allows data to be encrypted during transmission. Please ensure the site is guarded by https and/or the "lock" icon in your browser. If the browser is not in SSL mode, it is highly recommended to log out immediately and log back in. If this continues, please contact support immediately.


TDS responds to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process. The company also establishes or exercises legal rights or defend against legal claims. TDS believes it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of TDS's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law. The company will transfer information about users if TDS is acquired by, or merged with another company. In this event, TDS will notify account holders before information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.


Account holders will be notified of any privacy policy changes and the notification is checked.
